2016 Happy Healthy Holiday Gift Guide

Holiday Shopping Made Easy

I meet people all the time who are stressed out about holiday shopping and getting it all done in time. Since I joined Amazon Prime several years ago, I don’t sweat it. Free 2-day delivery is awesome and there’s not much you can’t buy on Amazon! I knock shopping for the entire family (in-laws and outlaws) in a matter of minutes. If I feel lazy, I can order gift-wrapping options. So the only part I have to worry about is shipping it to the right place!

Because I feel like my sanity is a pretty big part of my health and happiness, I felt compelled to share this tip with all of you. You can actually sign up for a 30 Day Trial and take advantage of it for, you guessed it, FREE. Or you can skip the rest of my list and just Give the Gift of Amazon Prime to your healthy hopeful because trust me, it will be used and appreciated all year long!

The 2016 Happy Healthy Holiday Gift Guide

  1. Crock- Pot Mini Lunch Warmer
This one of my most favorite things EVAR! Ever since I quit using the microwave, I thought I would be forced to only eat cold lunches when I was away from home. With this little gem, I can eat hot soups and leftovers wherever I am. And BTW, they’ve updated the color selections recently, so that’s nice too.
  2. Fitbit Charge HR Wireless Activity Wristband
Everybody needs one of these. And they come in a variety of colors and are quite stylish these days. In the days of sitting at your desk for 6-10 hours a day, natural activity is essential! Working out is one thing, but tracking all your movement is another. There is also some great software for recording food, it monitors your sleep…it’s an awesome little machine and essential to anybody looking to improve health and happiness in 2016. The Flex is less expensive, and also a GREAT gift!
  3. Eco-Friendly Premium Yoga Mat
A yoga mat is always a good gift! Especially if it’s a fancy, high-end one like this. Whether your receiver has one already or not, it’s an awesome tool to upgrade. Yoga mats can be used for anything (yoga, TREs, etc) but still require regular upgrades (they can get gross) and serve as the perfect reminder to get to the gym when you see it sitting rolled up in the hallway.
  4. Everlast Women’s Long Active Pants
How cute are these? Everybody needs new comfy clothes for these cold winter months, but not many of them are really that cute. These are adorable and only $20! Comes in a few colors so I’d get two ?
  5. Spiralizer and Inspiralized Cookbook!
Either or, these are both good. But together they are great! The Spiralizer is an awesome kitchen buddy. I use mine all the time to make zucchini pasta. It cooks so fast, is 100% “unprocessed” saves you tones of time and calories and boots vitamin, mineral and fiber intake. But there is more you can make than just zucchini pasta, so the cookbook is most def a plus!
  6. Magic Bullet NutriBullet High-Speed Blender
When it comes to getting in more fruits and veggies, nothing makes it easier than a high-speed blender. And the magic bullet is a super affordable way to go! Any healthy hopeful will definitely appreciate the versatility of this product, from soups to smoothies and ice cream, this kitchen buddy does it all!
  7. Go Away Glass Coffee Mug
This is hysterical. And the easy-peasy gift for co-worker, boss, friend or whoever loudly proclaims their love for coffee.
  8. “How Was Your Day?” Wine Glass
HAHAHAH! Now in case you have someone in your life who loves wine in the evening more than coffee in the morning, well, then here you go! Or maybe pick them both up for your perfect set! Either way, these are designed to get a smile ?
  9. Elementi French Press Coffee Lovers Gift Set
Fresh brewed, french press coffee is divine. And this little fancy press would make it all that much more fun. French presses also come in hand if you have someone looking to start cold brewing their own coffee. Give this gift to someone who not only loves coffee but high quality.
