It's not about the food!

facefirstHow many diets have you tried only to fall off the wagon into a big chocolate cake?

How many times have you tried to just “eat less and move more”? And failed.

How many gym memberships have gone to waste? Workout DVDs? Thighmaster, anyone?

Are you tired of determining your worth in life based on the numbers on a scale?

Can you remember how many calories, carbs and fat grams are in 500 different food items – but can’t remember your anniversary?

Are you sick of counting and measuring?

Do you want to set fire to your entire collection of diet books and pocket-sized counters – so you can toast marshmallows?

Hi, I’m Christy R. Hall and I used to be just like you.

I grew up on Kraft Macaroni -n- Cheese, Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and Pop-Tarts (and that was good eatin’). I went on my first diet during the low-fat Snackwell’s days of the nineties. I lived on dry baked potatoes and microwaved popcorn for two years.

Over the years, I became obsessed with the scale, weighing myself multiple times a day. I’ve tried more diets than I care to count, and I’m sure I’ve forgotten one or two. I’ve been a binge eater. I’ve flirted with anorexia and bulimia. I even did the HCG diet and took Fen-Phen.

See, I thought that if I got rid of all the EVIL FOOD, I could get rid of all my EVIL FAT, and then I would be PERFECT. Imagine my surprise when I got down to my goal weight and found out it wasn’t perfect. I wasn’t perfect.

So I fell off the wagon, and the pounds piled back on. Eventually, I topped out at 265 pounds. And while I never reached that mark again, I’ve lost and gained the same pounds over and over and over again.

When I hit rock bottom, I came to understand something so crucial and so profound that I need to share it with the world. And my message? It’s simple.

It's not about the food!

Now, I use my training to help women just like you ditch the oppressive rules and restrictions of Other People’s Diets, and figure out what works for you. Your own personal plan. Customized. Completely Do-able. So you can stay on whatever wagon you want for as long as you desire.

You can crawl back from the brink. You can change. I believe in you.
