My name is Christy R. Hall and I am Wellness Mindset Coach & Emotional Alchemist.

I have the biggest sweet tooth and got to a point that I needed, at least, a piece of chocolate before and after every meal, even breakfast! Working with Christy got to the bottom of why I actually craved it and she changed my mindset about it. I didn’t even realize my cravings were gone until about a week after when I thought “wow I haven’t even had any chocolate in the house in a week!” I was blown away at how much this work helped me.

Christy, you won’t believe it. This has been the first Christmas that I can remember when I didn’t gain any weight. I didn’t restrict myself. I ate a sugar cookie, a bite of pecan pie, and quite a bit of turkey. I felt no need to sample everything. I looked over what looked good to me and contented myself with those things. Not once was I stuffed or felt deprived. LOL It’s a Christmas miracle.
I do better when I don’t feel deprived, but I also do best to avoid my worst triggers. I think Eating With Intention helped me separate the two: Food is just nourishment. My body is apart from that. It also has made me stop and think when I’m beginning to eat when I’m not hungry, and because of this, I now usually stop. =)
Definitely sounded like you were talking about me in the recording, Christy. Courses? Needing to eat with my husband? Ha! Starting to listen to my inner self, at least not only the critical part. Being a bit more mindful with eating. Last week, I had some chocolate in the house for a few days. I knew it was there… just had no interest in it. Had a bit and gave the rest to my husband. He asked if there was something wrong with it. I just didn’t feel the need for more. That’s something for me!
I’ve lost 40 lbs and hit a low weight of 165 in July. My wife thought I was getting too skinny. LOL I am running for the first time in 5 years. Just doing 2 miles, 3 times/week. It feels really good. Doing weight training 2 days/week. My cravings have gone way down. I am tracking all my intake. I went past the “traps” (candy aisle and McDonalds) without stopping, and when my wife made brownies this weekend, I ate a half one a day instead of all of them in one day, lol. I still think you are fantastic!
