Keto Mexican Recipe Round Up

I’m originally from Texas, so it goes without saying that my taste-preference and palate has a decidedly Mexican or Tex-Mex bias. And while Mexican food is all about fresh ingredients, spices, and flavor, you don’t normally think of Mexican food being synonymous with low-carb or keto.

But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist – or that you can’t have it. Here is a curated list that includes recipes from some of my favorite Paleo, Low Carb, and Keto bloggers and coaches. Maybe these will give you some new ideas to try or encourage to to venture out into a new arena of flavor.

From low carb tortillas to chili, mexican “rice”, and even horchata, I’ve tried to include a well-rounded menu.

Just a reminder that a few of these recipes contain dairy. So, if you are sensitive to dairy, you can try it without -or skip the recipe all together.
