This flavorful “milkshake” is loaded with health benefits. Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory Compound and dramatically increases the antioxidant capacity of the body. Cinnamon can lower blood sugar levels, and reduce heart disease risk factors. Ginger may decrease muscle pain and soreness, plus its anti-inflammatory effects can help with osteoarthritis.      


  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk (canned)
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Stevia or Erythritol
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Make note of the carbs and fat in your chosen coconut milk and almond milk, they will cahnge the macros for this recipe.
