You spend countless hours shopping for outfits, planning your wardrobe, and dreaming about fashion perfection. You think about how envious people will be when they see. How great you look because of your wellness and lifestyle changes. But many of the special holiday foods and treats can create a serious amount of discomfort and bloat.
