The Fellowship of the Weight Loss Ring

Okay, yesterday, after releasing a monster blog post, many of you contacted me saying, “Christy, that’s a monster blog post! Is there a short version?” And I’m thinking, “What? Aren’t my many words good enough?” LOL But I get it, you’ve #gotshittodo.

So, Longer story short.

Enter the #MidYearResolution

  1. I’m starting a group, a challenge, a Fellowship of Firebirds who want:
    • Accountability
    • Support
    • Community
    • To FINALLY reach their weight loss goal (and mark it the eff OFF the to-do list.) To get it done and graduate =)
  2. You are free to pick your own Way of Eating or Way of Life that works for you. It should not be a “diet” that you intend to “go off” once you get the One Weight Loss Ring. *
  3. You may choose when, how, where, and if you want to weigh in, measure yourself, neither, or both.*
  4. You may choose how, when, where, and if you want to track your food. *

Seriously, it’s the build your own adventure of weight loss.

But it’s different because:

  1. You’ll have me. =)
  2. You’ll have access to ANYTHING I create for myself or for any of the participants. (Includes videos, audios, tapping, hypnosis, courses, worksheets, etc.)
  3. NO ONE is offering this kind of support, and accountability for F.REE. and for 6 freaking months.

Technically, I’ve already started… but the whole things fires off like a rocket July 1. #MidYearResolution And lasts until December 31st at 11:59 pm (or longer should this turn into cray-cray fun.)

Because this is an idea just recently birthed, I don’t have a lot of concrete details yet. I’m opening slots for 10 people only, because I want to be sure I can support you. I may want to add live training or conference calls.

But here’s the thing. I don’t want you to sign up because it’s F.REE. You don’t need anther email in your box. You don’t need another FB group in your feed.

  • You MUST be able to commit to me and to the group.
  • You MUST commit to see the Fellowship thru to the end.
  • You MUST be willing to support others if you are able. (Meaning, stay positive and no trolling for sympathy.)

If you’re not willing to show up consistently, please don’t take up someone else’s space. It’s not fair to them – and it’s not fair to me.

Why am I doing this?

It’s a valid question because I have a business to run and free doesn’t make me any money. LOL

I’m doing this because I want to help you. I want connections. I want community. I want companions on my own #weightlossjourney. I’ve been maintaining my weight these past several years.  I haven’t lost any weight in a while. And while I accept that this is who I am and where I’m at, and I love myself exactly where I am at – but, I’m not where want to be. And I’m ready to make this a priority for me again. I have no doubt I can maintain once I get there – so I just need get there already. You feel me?
